🎒 Recommendations

The trek takes place in tropical rainforest, with temperatures between 26° and 32°C, high humidity and frequent rain.
You will need to cross rivers, hike up and down steep trails, coexist with insects, and respect indigenous customs.

📅 Cancellation and refund policy

Refunds apply only in the following cases:

• Cancellations more than 30 days before trek start: 80% refund of the total amount paid.

• Cancellations 15–29 days before trek start: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

• Cancellations 8–14 days before trek start: 25% refund of the total amount paid.

• Cancellations 7 days or fewer before trek start: No refund.

• You may transfer your place to another person without any penalty.

• Flights are non-refundable through Va Viajes.

 

No refund in case of no-show or external issues (flights, luggage, etc.).
COVID-19 positivity implies 20% retention.

• Flight from Mexico City (via Bogotá or Medellín).

• Arrival at Simón Bolívar airport in Santa Marta.
